Role Description This part-time, on-site Accounting Associate role is based in Solon, OH. The Accounting Associate will support daily accounting operations, including AR/AP. Responsibilities include working with accounting software to process transactions, maintain accurate records, and support month-end and year-end close activities. The role also involves collaborating with finance and other departments to resolve discrepancies, provide analysis, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards. Qualifications Hands-on experience preparing and posting journal entries and performing account reconciliations. Proficiency with accounting software and related office applications (e.g., ERP systems, Excel). Demonstrated analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data and documentation. Ability to work on-site in Solon, OH and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines. Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is beneficial but not required.
