Job Responsibilities:
Assemble fuel tanks and hydraulic reservoirs to print using work orders and assembly instructions Install vents, fill necks, hoses, fittings, valves, and other accessories per customer specifications Inspect finished assemblies for proper fit, leak points, and workmanship before moving to shipping Communicate any quality concerns, shortages, or discrepancies to the lead or supervisor Use basic hand tools, power tools, and air tools safely and correctly Work at a consistent pace to meet daily production schedules Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow all shop safety policies and wear required
PPE Job Qualifications:
Previous assembly, manufacturing, or mechanical experience preferred - but we will train the right person Must have a basic mechanical aptitude and be comfortable using hand tools Must have the ability to read and follow written work instructions Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled shop environment Must have the ability to lift and carry 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift Must be comfortable standing and moving for the duration of an 8-hour shift Must be punctual, dependable, and a team player Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while paying a high attention to detail Must follow all safety policies and wear PPE as required Only those candidates who can pass a background check will be considered.
