- Excellent opportunity for professional growth and advancement Key Responsibilities (Staff Accountant):
- Process accounts payable transactions, vendor payments, expense reports, and related accounting activities
- Perform bank, vendor, intercompany, and general ledger reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
- Manage daily cash activity and record cash transactions, transfers, and other banking activity
- Assist with month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting support
- Support compliance requirements including 1099 reporting, account analysis, and documentation maintenance Qualifications (Staff Accountant):
- 1+ years of accounting, accounts payable, or general accounting experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains), SAP Concur, or similar accounting systems is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with internal and external partners #
