(Accountant) The Staff Accountant will support the company's accounting and financial operations through general ledger management, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. This role will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide accurate financial information and support business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
(Accountant)- Assist with month-end close activities, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare account reconciliations, analyze balance sheet accounts, and investigate variances
- Support financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Assist with audits and maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
- Support inventory, fixed asset, and manufacturing-related accounting activities
Qualifications:
(Accountant)- Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
- 4+ years of accounting experience preferred
- Manufacturing or cost accounting experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
