65k-75k max basePosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Mid-level Accountant to support our finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely month-end close, and delivering reliable financial reporting. The role will be responsible for reconciliations, billing and invoicing, payroll support, fixed asset management, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. Experience with general ledger operations and ERP systems is required; familiarity with NetSuite OneWorld and multinational reporting is a strong plus.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecute month-end close tasks, including journal entries, account analysis, and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts to ensure timely and accurate close cycles.

Prepare and deliver financial reports and package materials for management, highlighting key variances and trends.

Perform account reconciliations across cash, receivables, payables, accruals and other balance sheet accounts; investigate and resolve discrepancies.

Manage billing and invoicing processes to ensure accurate and timely customer billing and revenue recognition.

Support payroll processing activities, including data validation, payroll journal entries, and liaising with payroll providers to resolve issues.

Maintain the fixed asset register, process additions and disposals, calculate and post depreciation, and support periodic asset audits.

Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities, consolidating inputs, analyzing variances, and helping produce monthly forecast updates.

Maintain general ledger integrity through accurate posting, month-end adjustments, and review of subsidiary ledgers.

Support ERP system operations, including data uploads, reconciliations, and user support; participate in system improvements and reporting automation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global finance counterparts to support multinational operations and ensure consistent application of accounting policies.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives, documentation of accounting procedures, and strengthening of internal controls and compliance (e.g., SOX) as applicable.

QualificationsBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.3+ years of accounting experience in a corporate or industry environment, with demonstrated expertise in month-end close and financial reporting.

Strong technical skills in account reconciliations, billing & invoicing, payroll processing, fixed asset accounting, budgeting and forecasting.

Proven experience maintaining the general ledger and preparing journal entries and month-end adjustments.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems; prior experience with NetSuite OneWorld is a significant plus.

Experience working with global or multinational organizations and familiarity with multi-entity consolidations preferred.

Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines.
