Job Description
Kimberly Casey with Robert Half is seeking a Senior Accountant to join a well-established manufacturing company in Eugene, OR. The position offers meaningful responsibility, strong visibility across the organization, and exceptional work‑life balance in a collaborative, family‑friendly environment.
This role performs a variety of accounting duties requiring strong judgment, technical expertise, attention to detail, and discretion. The Sr. Accountant will play a key role in S&U Tax, fixed assets, account analysis, reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit coordination while partnering closely with internal stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform complex account analysis and general ledger reconciliationsManage sales & use tax, including compliance and reportingMaintain and reconcile fixed assets and depreciation schedulesOversee and support inventory accounting in a manufacturing environmentLead and support month‑end and year‑end close processesAssist with financial reporting, consolidation, and financial statement preparationCoordinate and support internal and external auditsMaintain accurate financial, statistical, and accounting recordsExtract, analyze, and prepare financial reports for leadershipContribute to continuous improvement of accounting processes, controls, and documentationWork Environment & Schedule100% in‑office roleStandard business hours,
