Your work helps our Operations and leadership teams understand performance, identify opportunities, and make better decisions. What You'll Own As our Senior Accountant, you'll take meaningful ownership across the accounting cycle, including: General ledger accounting and month-end/year-end closeJournal entries and balance sheet reconciliations Inventory and fixed asset accounting Payroll accounting and reconciliations Financial statements and supporting schedules Store-level sales, labor, food cost, and profitability analysis Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Audit support, internal controls, and GAAP compliance Accounting SOPs, process improvement, and automation Cross-functional partnership with Operations, Payroll, AP, Finance, and other teams And because we're growing, you'll have opportunities to help us improve how the work gets done—strengthening processes, improving controls, supporting system enhancements, and building greater efficiency into our accounting operation. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting — required 3+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience — required Strong knowledge of

U.S. GAAP

Solid experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, financial statements, and month-end close Strong Excel and accounting/ERP system skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Experience with multi-unit or restaurant accounting, inventory, fixed assets, payroll accounting, budgeting/forecasting, ERP systems, or external audit support is a definite plus.
