Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Accountant in Murrysville, PA.
Position Summary:
Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant. This role reports to the Senior Accounting Manager and is responsible for various accounting functions related to financial analysis, general ledger reconciliations, internal reporting, and financial statement analysis.
Primary Responsibilities:
Reconciliation of equipment inventory general ledger related accounts.

Assist in reconciliation of parts inventory general ledger related accounts.

Assist in reviewing machine estimates & purchase order receipts of inventoryReview of divisional financial statements and Equipment profitabilityPrepare and review journal entries during month-end close process.

Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysisReview, analyze, and prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliations on monthly basisAssist with year-end financial audit as required. Compile audit samples as requested by external auditors.

Create ad-hoc reports / analyze data as requested by management Serve as backup for certain accounting functions performed by other members of teamOther general accounting duties as assignedSkills / Knowledge /
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required5-7 years of related accounting experience preferredCPA license a plusExperience with Microsoft D365 preferredExperience with Power BI preferredAbility to multi-task on various projectsAbility to effectively communicate with all levels of company personnel.
