Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Financial Statement Reporting- monthly reporting of financial statements to stakeholders. Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- monthly reconciliations according to GAAP standards. 13-Week Cash Flow Reporting
- weekly reporting to Executive Team. Accounts Payable
- invoice data entry, statement reconciliations, check runs. Accounts Receivable
- collections, week over week collection reporting, auditing non-billable work orders, taking customer payments, bank deposits. Credit Card Management
- entering credit card receipts, reconciling credit card statements. Inventory Control Management
- overseeing inventory count cycles, data entry of item movement, maintaining price list. Human Resources
- onboarding and offboarding employees, administration of employee benefits, maintaining employee files. General Office Responsibilities
- answering incoming calls, back up to other office positions.
