Responsibilities Client responsibilities to include investment accounting, reconciling investment accounts, bank reconciliations, annual and quarterly multi-state payroll and sales tax return filings, adjusted trial balances, monthly financial statements, monthly write-up work (entering of cash receipts and disbursements) grant accounting, and more. Knowledge of stock and investment portfolio accounting and income tax return preparation a plus.
Requirements:
Must be familiar with all aspects of bookkeeping (investment accounting, A/P, A/R, general ledger, reconciliations, payroll, sales tax, multi-state filings) Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping / accountant experience in a CPA firm environment In-depth Knowledge of QuickBooks (including QuickBooks Online) and Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and organization skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline sensitive environment Positive, team player attitude The bottom line is that at W&D, we know what's important in life: Work that is satisfying & rewarding. Compensation and Benefits Disclosure The estimated base salary range for this position is $64,000 - $73,000. This range represents a good faith estimate of what Warady & Davis reasonably expects to pay at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's specific skills, certifications, years of experience, relevant education, market conditions, and required travel. This position is also eligible to participate in the Warady & Davis annual bonus compensation program, reflecting our pay-for-performance philosophy. Inclusive of bonus opportunities, the total estimated compensation range for this role is $65,500 - $80,000. In addition to compensation, employees are eligible to participate in Warady & Davis benefit programs, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as other wellness and employee assistance programs. The salary range information is provided in accordance with applicable state and local salary transparency laws currently in effect and may be updated as new regulations are implemented.
