Job Description
We are looking for a Property Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team!

- The Property Accountant/Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing the books for a large A-class property, a 2nd smaller property, and minor work for other LLCs associated with the businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
A/R and A/P for 2 properties Profit and loss statements G/L entries, journal entries, balancing the books, working with Trial Balance. Payroll Monthly bank account reconciliations Monthly credit card reconciliations Other duties associated with the positionQualifications:
Exceptional knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) Strong knowledge of Yardi Voyager Property Management Software, Excel , and Microsoft Outlook email system Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred though not required with sufficient professional experience Must have 3 or more years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a property accountant/bookkeeper QuickBooks Online experience is preferred Yardi Experience is requiredPersonal Characteristics:
