The Role We're looking for an experienced bookkeeper who's ready to lead . You'll manage client relationships, ensure financials are accurate and insightful, and play a key role in guiding small business owners toward profit and clarity. This is a hands-on accounting role with real leadership opportunity. You'll Be Responsible For Managing day-to-day accounting for multiple small-business clients across various industries Reviewing and reconciling books in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Overseeing bill pay, payroll, and reconciliations using Bill.com , Gusto , and bank portals Reading and interpreting P&L , Balance Sheet , and Cash Flow reports, identifying issues and resolving them Conducting client check-ins and presenting financial reports with confidence Distributing work and providing guidance during client onboarding and project transitions Coaching and training junior bookkeepers to ensure consistency and accuracy Implementing Profit First allocations and helping clients understand cash flow Identifying bottlenecks or inconsistencies in cash flow, revenue, or expenses, and taking full-circle action to fix them Using tools like ClickUp , Slack , and Zoom to manage communication and deliver an exceptional client experience You'll Excel If You Have Expert-level experience with QuickBooks Online (minimum 3-5 years) Strong working knowledge of Bill.com , bank portals , and Gusto Familiarity with HCP , Jane App , and ClickUp (bonus if you already love them!)
