Estimated hours:

20-40 hours/week

Pay:

We offer a hybrid schedule (in-office & remote/work from home) or an onsite schedule and flexible hours. Candidates will need to reside near Charleston, SC to ensure work site flexibility. Essential Functions Data entry Receive and distribute incoming correspondence. Scan and save invoices and other documents. Provide general support for the department. Review & proofread and update content on the ATI Wiki and other resources. Learn and gain experience through job shadowing. Positively contribute to the ATI team

Qualifications :

Recent college graduate or currently enrolled college student, preferably with a degree or major area of study in accounting, finance, or other business field. Good verbal and written communication skills required. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, and Adobe PDFs preferred. Must possess a positive attitude and be able to work well as part of a team. Individual must be organized, punctual and have good attention to detail. Individual must meet the definition of "a U.S. person" upon hire due to the risk assessment of this position and access to documents.
