Job Summary/ Key Responsibilities:
Assists in proactively maintaining the financial record by carrying out daily accounting tasks. Perform daily accounting tasks such as journal entries, account clearing, & invoice creation to ensure timely reconciliation. Reconcile General Ledger accounts, including balance sheet accounts, bank accounts, & intercompany accounts. Accurately analyzes financial data & compiles into clear reports to support projects. Proactively develops reconciliation campaigns through data analysis & problem solving. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data used for reporting and analysis. Ensure process posterity & efficiency through the documentation of accounting practices. Collaborate with other finance departments to answer questions & assist with joint goals. Presence required on-site 5 days per week Performs other duties as assigned. This role requires working on-site in the office for five days a week, from Monday to Friday. There is no option for fully remote or hybrid work in this role, unless required off-site duties are being performed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Bachelor's degree (in Accounting/ Finance is a plus) Minimum 1 year progressive working experience in Finance or Accounting Solid knowledge of accounting/finance principles
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Data analytics experience/knowledge Working knowledge of Power
BI PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time Must be able to commute to the designated office location Presence required on-site 5 days per week
