Tax season minimum 53 hours, Summer 4 day 36 hour weeks Bonuses for acquiring new clients
Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review Business and personal tax returns
  • Manage clients and projects
  • Interpret financial reports and provide analysis to clients
  • Perform payroll functions and ensure compliance with tax laws
  • Accrual accounting and account reconciliation
  • Prepare regulatory reports for government agencies
  • Analyze cash flow and make recommendations for improvement
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of income tax and accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Thomson Reuters Suite (UltraTax, Practice CS, Workpapers)

You will be responsible for:
managing a group of clients while training and supporting our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, a CPA license, strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, excellent analytical skills, the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. We offer competitive salary based on experience along with health insurance options available.
