Job Description
Job DescriptionAs a Corporate Accountant, you'll be part of our Corporate Accounting team, supporting critical accounting processes across a global organization. From month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations to intercompany accounting, cash management, journal entries, and audit support, you'll have the opportunity to work across a broad range of accounting functions while partnering with colleagues around the world.
This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional who is analytical, detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable figuring things out.
What You'll DoPrepare accurate and timely balance sheet reconciliations, including accruals, amortization, leases, fixed assets, and related accounts.
Manage daily cash account reconciliation, payments, bank adjustments, cash analysis, and month-end reporting.
Prepare and post journal entries in the ERP system with appropriate supporting documentation.
Support intercompany AR/AP, including invoicing, reconciliations, prepaid records, and global netting processes.
Collaborate with financial teams around the world to resolve intercompany billing and account discrepancies.
Prepare ACH, wire, and check payments on a weekly and as-needed basis.
Participate in month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring deadlines and accuracy are maintained.
Assist with quarterly and monthly financial reporting, budgeting, management fees, and shared services.
Support year-end audit activities and provide requested documentation.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, process enhancement, and cost reduction.
Maintain accurate accounting process documentation and provide cross-training and backup support within the accounting team.
Work collaboratively across departments and geographies to resolve issues and keep financial processes running smoothly.

QualificationsWhat You Bring:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.At least 3 years of accounting experience, including day-to-day, month-end, and year-end accounting processes.
Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Experience working with ERP systems and the ability to understand the flow of financial and manufacturing cost accounting data.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and time management.
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and handle confidential information professionally.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels and across a global organization.
Preferred:
Experience in a mid- to large-sized company.Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with ERP systems and complex accounting processes.
A continuous-improvement mindset and a desire to grow professionally.
The DetailsThis position is based at our Spokane, WA corporate office and reports to the Corporate Accounting Manager. The role is primarily office-based with a hybrid schedule available following successful completion of initial training and onboarding.
The position requires the ability to travel up to 10%, primarily domestically. We are a global company so it is preferred that you have the ability to obtain a U.S. Passport.
Additional InformationThe minimum and maximum hourly range for this full-time position is $33.50 - $42.50 + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
