• $80 / hour for part time About the Role We're looking for someone who keeps our books clean, accurate, and always current
• and who sees the story the numbers are telling.

This isn't a data-entry seat. It's a role for someone who reconciles the books and reads them: spotting waste, flagging cost creep, and pointing us toward savings before we'd ever notice them ourselves. If you get satisfaction from order, precision, and finding the leak nobody else caught, you'll do well here. Responsibilities Own accounts receivable and accounts payable end to end Reconcile the books and keep them accurate, organized, and audit-ready at all times Track costs and expenses across departments and surface where money is leaking Identify savings opportunities and bring us real plans to act on them Optimize operational expenses
