Compensation:

$100,000

•120,000 + 10-15%

Bonus Schedule:

Hybrid

•3 days onsite / 2 days remote

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage accounting for multiple entities and investment properties Own key portions of the monthly close process Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting Handle intercompany accounting and reconciliations Support acquisition and disposition accounting Prepare cash flow and investment-related schedules Partner with asset management and finance teams Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Support annual audits and process improvement initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong general ledger and month-end close experience Multi-entity accounting experience preferred Advanced Excel skills Yardi, MRI, NetSuite, or similar system experience is a plus Real estate, investment, property management, or public accounting experience preferred Why Consider $100K
