Senior Accountant Target Compensation:

Senior Accountant:
- Support month-end close activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
- Manage accounting processes related to fixed assets, leases, and inventory while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Identify and implement automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and reporting quality.
- Partner with operations, supply chain, and finance teams to analyze business performance and support forecasting activities.
- Assist with internal and external audit requirements, documentation, internal controls, and accounting policy compliance.
Senior Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
- CPA required.
- 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably within public accounting and/or a manufacturing environment.
