Senior Accountant Target Compensation:
$90,000-$110,000k + bonus

Senior Accountant:
  • Support month-end close activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Manage accounting processes related to fixed assets, leases, and inventory while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify and implement automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and reporting quality.
  • Partner with operations, supply chain, and finance teams to analyze business performance and support forecasting activities.
  • Assist with internal and external audit requirements, documentation, internal controls, and accounting policy compliance.
Qualifications for the
Senior Accountant:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
  • CPA required.
  • 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably within public accounting and/or a manufacturing environment.
