Senior Accountant Work Model:

$82,000 – $95,000/year Position Overview We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join a growing organization in a hybrid work environment. This role will be responsible for supporting the full accounting cycle, including month‑end close, financial reporting, and general ledger management. The ideal candidate is both analytical and hands‑on, with the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams Key Responsibilities General Accounting & Close Lead and support the month‑end and year‑end close processes Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments Perform balance sheet and account reconciliations Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data Compliance & Audit Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies Support internal and external audit processes by preparing schedules and documentation Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with departments such as FP&A, operations, and leadership to support business needs Provide guidance on accounting treatment and financial processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and accuracy Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Work Environment Collaborative, team-oriented culture Flexible work environment with a focus on results and accountability #
