Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred CPA or EA license is preferred but not necessary 3 to 7 years of experience in: Preparation of individual and business tax returns Year-end accounting and workpaper preparation Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized Ability to work independently and collaboratively Willingness to work extended hours during tax season Responsibilities Prepare federal and state individual and business tax returns Perform year-end accounting and financial closings Communicate with clients to gather necessary information Coordinate with tax managers to ensure timely delivery of services Assist with tax planning and research Respond to federal and state tax notices Review and adjust client financial records as needed

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
