Job Description:

Take a lead role in the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closes Review property management financial statements Prepare and post journal entries Complete quarterly financial analysis, including review of investment accounting information Coordinate with the cash management group to execute cash transactions, including capital calls, investor distributions, and property acquisitions/dispositions Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deliverables, including year?end audit and tax requirements Calculate, analyze, and report portfolio performance returns

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3-6 years of accounting experience Bachelor's Degree in Accounting CPA designation is preferred.
