Full Job Description Senior Staff Accountant Position Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to manage general accounting activities by monitoring and analyzing our financial transactions. As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will report to the Controller while working closely with the accounting team. The duties of a senior accountant involve maintaining the general ledger, creating month-end closing procedures, and reconciling account balances and bank statements. A proficient Senior Accountant analyzes financial data as well as forecasts using strong analytical abilities and in depth understanding of accounting concepts. Our primary goal is to ensure that the proper accounting control processes are followed.

Expectations:

Reconcile all prior period balance sheet accounts Reconcile all assigned Bank Statements daily Accounts Receivable deposits are posted daily Respond within 1 week to all documentation requests given during the annual external audit Process and post all Intercompany transactions Prior period Income statements are to be reviewed for accuracy Objectives and Responsibilities of this Role Full cycle Accounting for assigned Subsidiaries Assist with the external audit Bank Account Reconciliation Continually analyze workflow processes and provide suggestions for improvement Payments Business Benefits Health, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance, Non Match Contribution to 401k,
