What You'll Do:

Support and help manage tax compliance activities including income, franchise, excise, sales and use, ad valorem, premium taxes, and escheat Prepare and assist with timely and accurate tax filings across jurisdictions Contribute to the accounting for income taxes and related reporting processes Participate in trial balance production and broader financial close activities Serve as the fixed asset accountant, maintaining and tracking company assets Perform bank reconciliations and support general accounting functions Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Support company-wide risk and compliance initiatives Perform additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred) CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred 3-5 years of experience in corporate and partnership taxation Experience in financial services or a white-collar service environment Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently Experience leveraging technology to improve accounting and tax processes Background working in growing or mid-sized organizations Exposure to multi-entity or divisional structures preferred High level of integrity, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset Recognized as an industry leader, Investors Title Insurance Company provides residential and commercial title insurance and innovative business solutions for our partners.
