Description Staff Accountant | West Metro We're partnering with a growing organization seeking an accountant who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and collaborating with a supportive team. What You'll Be Doing:

Prepare account reconciliations and financial statement support schedules Manage prepaid and accrued expense accounting Review and maintain general ledger activity Record intercompany transactions Monitor company credit card activity and expense reporting Assist with month-end close and financial reporting

Who We're Looking For:

Accounting degree or equivalent accounting experience Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliations Comfortable asking questions and identifying issues when something doesn't look right Communicative, collaborative, and solutions-oriented Interested in learning and growing within a larger accounting team

Compensation & Benefits Minnesota Pay Transparency Disclosure:

Anticipated salary range is $65,000-$75,000 annually, with final compensation based on qualifications and experience. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, paid holidays, and retirement savings opportunities. Specific benefit details will be discussed during the interview process.
