PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for various aspects of maintaining the PeopleSoft general ledger system, including management of the chart of accounts, edits, reports, queries, reporting structure, security, policies and procedures Also responsible for coordinating the monthly accounting closing process, including ensuring that all financial information is submitted and processed accurately within the financial reporting systems so that financial reports are generated timely Assist Accounting Management in various responsibilities including cost allocations across multiple subsidiaries and intercompany billing

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or Accounting Information Systems At least 5+ years of relevant experience Working knowledge of accounting practices, principles, and procedures Proficiency in MS Office, with a specific emphasis on Excel and Word, and the ability to work successfully in a team environment are also required Strong analytical and organizational skills Initiative, professionalism and excellent interpersonal and communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

MBA or MS in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or Information Systems Management Experience with an ERP system, such as PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion, or

PA. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $92,000. This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of pay that National Fuel believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job. The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
