In the same week, two of our other NY Firms said they'd both been onboarding ex Marcum clients who didn't fancy linking up with CBIZ. All this consolidation is great news for the "Independent" firms out there, who are finding a load of great clients up for grabs. We're recruiting for one of these firms in NY (offices in NYC, White Plains and LI). 70 people total. No plans to become part of a bigger outfit. Summer Fridays. Clients of the size you'd find in the larger firms. 55 hours in busy season. Total, not billable. We're helping them find a Tax Accountant. Generalists - 1040, 1120, 1065, 1120s. There'll be some accounting work too. You'll get good exposure to a range of industries. And look — here's the part most people get wrong: you don't need to tick every box to introduce yourself.
