Tax Accountant Location:
Lexington, MA (2 days in office, 3 days remote)
Salary:
$90,000-$130,000 DOE Are you a Tax Accountant looking to join a collaborative firm with a strong client base and excellent work-life balance? Our client is seeking a motivated professional with individual tax preparation experience to support a growing tax practice.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review individual tax returns (1040s) Assist with tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses Research tax issues and stay current on tax law changes Communicate directly with clients to gather information and answer tax-related questions Support partners and senior leadership on various tax engagements Ensure accurate and timely completion of all tax filings
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 2+ years of tax experience in a public accounting environment Strong experience preparing 1040 tax returns CPA or CPA-track preferred, but not required Excellent communication and client service skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Why Apply?
