By controlling both strategy and execution, we can ensure strong alignment with investor objectives and consistent value creation. Responsibilities:
Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for multiple investment entities Monitor cash activity and bank reconciliations across all investment entities Assist Director/Senior Accountants with the quarterly and annual financial close process Support with the preparation of financial statements Assist Director/Senior Accountants with asset trial balance close, rent calculations, and other analyses as needed Assist Director/Senior Accountants with annual audit workpapers and respond to auditor requests Assist Director/Senior Accountants with investor reporting and ad-hoc requests
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting or Finance preferred 1-4 years of accounting experience Excellent quantitative/analytical and verbal/written communication skills Technology proficiency is essential as the candidate would leverage a number of software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form (Form I-9) upon hire
