This role offers a Monday-Friday schedule, 8am-4pm, with no weekends, holidays, or call. Provide advanced nursing and medical care for patients with acute and chronic pain. Perform exams, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results. Manage medications, including narcotics, per guidelines. Assess and determine patient suitability for interventional procedures such as epidural injections, nerve blocks, spinal stimulator placements, and more. Perform injections and minor procedures like trigger point injections, Botox, and lead removals.
