The role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys untangling complex data, working against tight deadlines, and delivering audit-ready financials in a collaborative, even-keeled team environment. Key Responsibilities•Senior Accounting Consultant Prepare and clean up client financials to ensure audit readiness for fiscal year end 2025 Perform heavy accounts receivable and accounts payable processing, including high-volume data entry and matching Apply deposited funds to invoices and resolve discrepancies through detailed matching Complete multiple balance sheet reconciliations Execute reclasses and allocations to correct and align financial records Address past-due items required for audit reporting Financial reporting for the fiscal year under review Work efficiently to meet aggressive audit timelines while maintaining accuracy Qualifications•Senior Accounting Consultant Proven experience supporting audit prep or accounting cleanups Strong AR/AP experience with large data sets and detailed reconciliation work Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and managing high-volume data Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and NetSuite Ability to streamline processes and work efficiently in fast-paced environments Comfortable, outgoing, and personable with a collaborative, interactive team style Reliable and professional with a business-casual approach in a hybrid work setting #INMAY2026
