Job Description

The Senior Accountant is responsible for ensuring accurate data entry of invoicing to all customers, maintaining accurate pricing in the ERP system, payroll and commission calculations, and other data entry as required, while providing upper management with financial information that will assist them in making educated economic decisions about the company's future. This position requires analysis of all inputs to verify accuracy from customer service order entry of all orders submitted by customers. This is a full-time salaried position and exempt from overtime. Process all invoicing once full packets are turned in by customer service. Make sure they are accurate before processing (correct warehouse, price charged, correct product iteration, etc.) Set up all pricing in the ERP as quotes come in from sales. Process end of job reports as requested by customers. Accounts Payable data entry as needed. Set up new customers. File all check run backup and verify google drive is up to date. Assist VP of Finance with special projects as requested. Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner. Process monthly payroll and commission calcuations Conform with and abide by all laws, regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions. Proactively manage and safeguard company assets. Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Certified Public Accountant preferred Five (5) years of accounting experience. Must pass a criminal background and credit check upon offer acceptance. Robust critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Equipped with the experience to lead and develop a competent financial team. Solid working knowledge of accounting office functions, accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial statements, and collections Strong organizational and analytical abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in the use of computers, and programs like Word, Excel, and Outlook. Manufacturing experience strongly preferred, but not required. Remains sedentary approximately 6-8 hours a day. Stoops, bends, reaches and lifts rarely throughout the day. Must be able to occasionally move up to 25 lbs. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Ability to convey complex information with a high degree of accuracy. Works under a moderate to high degree of stress.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $97,500.00 per year
