Accountant Details:
Temp-to-Hire position $20.00 /hour Full Time and Part Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 03:00pm) Manage bookkeeping and financial records for multiple companies. Process payroll for Texas and New Mexico, including required payments and filings. Reconcile bank accounts and intercompany transactions. Maintain receipts, invoices, and records using QuickBooks Online and Excel. Provide general administrative support, including phone communication and problem-solving.
Accountant Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience with experience managing multiple company accounts. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Texas and New Mexico payroll, Texas Workforce Commission payments, and New Mexico gross sales tax. Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations, intercompany bookkeeping, and financial recordkeeping. Must be organized, reliable, honest, detail-oriented, and stable in previous employment, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
