Senior Accountant On-site- Gunter, TX (Grayson County) Overview I'm partnering with a private equity-backed company in the service industry to find a Senior Accountant to grow as the business scales. If you're in the far-north DFW metro

- which means stability now and genuine room to advance as the accounting function builds out. The office culture is family oriented and relaxed...you might even see a dog at work with your co-workers. What you'll own Monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
- journal entries, accruals, account analysis General ledger, bank, credit card, and account reconciliations Financial statement prep and review, ensuring GAAP compliance AP/AR oversight, including vendor and client issue resolution Payroll-related journal entries for third-party processing Audit support
- schedules, reconciliations, and documentation for outside auditors Budget prep alongside the management team Process and ERP system improvements as the company grows What you bring Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong grasp of the general ledger, month-end close, and GAAP Experience supporting outside auditors and preparing workpapers Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NetSuite experience (ERP implementation experience highly preferred) Advanced Excel and working knowledge of payroll processing Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow into more Why it's worth a look This is an on-site role with a company that's investing in its future•and in the person who steps into this seat.
