Job Duties:

This position audits and vouchers payments against contracts or purchase orders, monitors and reconciles expenditures, encumbrances, budgetary coding, schedules payments in compliance with the Texas Prompt Payment Law, provides payment status, and monitors and tracks discounted invoices.



This position ensures travel payments are processed in compliance with Federal, State, and Agency rules and regulations, audits travel vouchers for accuracy, and processes revenue received by the agency. You'd be a GOOD fit if:
