Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM About the Role Reporting directly to the Controller, the Financial Accountant will prepare and present financial reports to senior executives, support the monthly business review process, and help strengthen financial reporting across the organization. Key Responsibilities Create, update, and analyze financial reports and statements Prepare and present the Monthly Business Review package to senior leadership Manage inventory and parts accounting, rebate reporting, and bank reconciliations Perform high-level account reconciliations and cyclical audits Complete quarterly reporting, cash-flow analysis, and debt-compliance reporting Support budgeting, forecasting, tax documentation, and ERP-based accounting processes Develop financial reports from the ground up as business needs evolve Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting support to department leaders Help guide financial processes and support the future growth of the accounting team Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required CPA or active CPA candidate preferred At least five years of progressive accounting experience Demonstrated ability to create financial reports from scratch Experience with ERP and accounting systems; Sage or QuickBooks experience is a plus Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and lookup functions Strong financial-statement analysis and reconciliation experience Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong business acumen and the confidence to work directly with senior executives Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and able to learn quickly This is an excellent opportunity for a sharp accounting professional seeking executive visibility, meaningful responsibility, and the potential to help build and lead a growing financial-reporting function. ????
