Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Regsistered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including assisted living facilities and ambulatory surgery centers. The LVN/RN will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal health outcomes and support family planning initiatives. Duties Conduct patient assessments to evaluate health status and needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Assist in family planning services and provide education to patients. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team. Perform gastric lavage and assist with medical imaging procedures as required. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Ensure compliance with workers' compensation law during patient care. Maintain accurate patient records using eClinicalWorks software. Provide support in pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) settings when necessary. Experience Previous experience in assisted living or ambulatory surgery centers is preferred. Familiarity with family planning practices and workers' compensation law is a plus. Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and medical documentation. Experience using eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems is desirable. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
