is seeking a full-time Accountant / Bookkeeper
•Account Representative to join our team serving condominium associations in the Port Aransas and Corpus Christi area. For more than 30 years, CCMS LLC has provided professional management and consulting services to condominium associations. Accurate financial reporting, responsive communication, professionalism, and strong client service are central to our success. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who can manage accounting responsibilities while also supporting association Boards, owners, vendors, and property management operations. This position combines accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities with condominium association account management and administrative support . The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with numbers, able to manage multiple priorities, and capable of communicating professionally with clients and coworkers.

Responsibilities:
Accounting and Bookkeeping Process accounts payable and ensure invoices are properly reviewed, recorded, and paid in a timely manner. Maintain accounts receivable and assist with the collection and posting of owner payments and other receivables. Process condominium owner statements and account activity. Record banking transactions, including deposits, debits, credits, transfers, and other account activity. Reconcile bank accounts monthly. Assist with payroll processing and related reporting. Maintain accurate general ledger activity and accounting records. Prepare and maintain monthly financial statements. Review financial activity for accuracy and identify significant variances from approved budgets. Assist with the preparation and development of annual association budgets. Assemble accounting records and supporting documentation for annual audits, tax preparation, and other financial reviews. Assist with required payroll, tax, and financial reporting. Association and Board Support Serve as an administrative and financial support contact for assigned condominium associations. Prepare draft Board meeting agendas, meeting packets, financial reports, and supporting materials. Assist with follow-up items resulting from Board meetings and association business. Maintain association records, files, databases, calendars, and other administrative information. Assist with owner communications, notices, statements, and routine correspondence. Communicate professionally with Board members, condominium owners, vendors, property managers, and other business partners. Vendor and Administrative Coordination Assist with obtaining vendor proposals, estimates, and supporting documentation. Help track association projects, contracts, deadlines, and follow-up items. Maintain organized electronic and paper records. Create and maintain procedural checklists and internal documentation. Perform data entry and other administrative duties as needed. Maintain scheduling and event calendars. Answer phone calls and emails, respond to routine client questions, and route matters to the appropriate team member when necessary. Qualifications Understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles. Strong aptitude for numbers and attention to detail. Ability to reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple associations, deadlines, and priorities at the same time. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Dependable attendance and professional demeanor. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other common office applications. Experience with accounting software is preferred. Prior accounting, bookkeeping, property management, condominium association, HOA, or administrative experience is preferred. Schedule This is a full-time position. Some evening or weekend attendance may be required for scheduled Board meetings, association meetings, or other business needs. Compensation $17.00
•20.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
