  • Work with industry-standard tools and processes, including AIA billing, schedules of values, and change order management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, and financial performance reporting.
  • Support percentage-of-completion revenue recognition and maintain related contract documentation.
  • Prepare and submit client billings, progress invoices, AIA payment applications, and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor project margins, underbillings, overbillings, and cash flow performance.
  • Review and process change orders, budget updates, and contract modifications.
  • Manage accounts receivable activities, collections efforts, and payment issue resolution.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in project accounting, construction accounting, project billing, or accounts receivable.
  • Knowledge of percentage-of-completion accounting, WIP reporting, forecasting, and revenue recognition.
