Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage POC accounting, revenue recognition, cost-to-complete estimates, and contract reviews.
  • Oversee project accounting from project setup through completion.
  • Prepare and post month-end journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Review customer invoices, payment applications, and customer account activity.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including inventory and POC-related accounts.
  • Support month-end close, audit requests, and financial reporting activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • 4–6+ years of POC accounting experience.
  • Experience with fixed asset accounting.
  • Experience with QuickBooks and NetSuite strongly preferred.
