Job Description
You'll work closely with Project Managers, Operations, and Accounting leadership, giving you visibility into both the accounting side and operational side of the business.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare journal entries and support monthly closePerform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliationsMaintain general ledger accounts and supporting schedulesAssist with project accounting and job-cost trackingReview project expenses and investigate variancesSupport Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activitiesAssist with subcontractor and vendor accountingPrepare monthly financial reports and account analysisMaintain accrual, prepaid, and fixed asset schedulesAssist with WIP reporting and project financial analysisSupport annual audits and year-end accounting activitiesIdentify opportunities to improve accounting processes
