statements, and advanced spreadsheet functions Familiarity with internal audit processes is highly desirable Experience managing accounts payable processes with automation tools like Dext or Gusto Ability to perform detailed account reconciliation and journal entry preparation accurately under tight deadlines Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail; strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles along with a solid grasp of financial concepts such as debits & credits, invoice processing, accounts receivable management, and general ledger accounting Compensation & Performance Bonus Competitive salary based on experience and qualificationsPerformance Bonus:
Following successful completion of the 90-day probationary period, the Senior Accountant will be eligible to participate in the Company's performance bonus program, with a target annual bonus opportunity of $15,000 . Bonus payments are based on established performance metrics and program requirements. The target bonus is an opportunity and is not guaranteed ; actual bonus payments will be determined based on individual and company performance in accordance with the bonus program. This is a full-time, exempt W-2 position reporting directly to the General Manager. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of Brad Moore Builders and ensuring our accounting processes remain accurate, organized, and efficient. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of accuracy, and wants to be a dependable part of a growing team.Pay:
