Send job Job Details Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts. Records inter-company transactions and reconciliations. Rolls over month end work papers and financial statements. Assists with payroll reporting and provides support to the payroll team on other payroll related tasks. Prepares weekly analysis reports using data from the companys software systems. Assists with entering and paying various payables. Follows the company accounting procedures and understands and conforms to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Assists with periodic reviews, audits and compliance activities.

Qualifications:

Very comfortable with Microsoft Excel Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with firm attention to detail. Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills. Flexible, action-oriented team player. Able to effectively work with various populations from executives, senior leaders, management, and staff.

Education/Licensure:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalency preferred. One to two years of accounting experience preferred.
