Job Description

Looking for an individual with experience in Manufacturing Accounting that can successfully manage our finances.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be a U.S. person. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. Willing to commute (position is only in-person). Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. Supervise accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial planning. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax regulations. Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure reliable financial reporting. Work with external auditors during audits and implement recommendations. Interpersonal communication skills. Succeeds at being a team player and working independently. Standard and actual costing Inventory and WIP valuation Manufacturing overhead allocation Variance analysis Job and product profitability
PREFERRED SKILLS
Navigate Excel. Analyze complex financial data. Familiarity with accounting software and financial modeling tools. Experience with QuickBooks, Bill.com, or similar. Experience with government contracting, sales, and accounting practices.
EXPECTED HOURS/SCHEDULE
Full Time:
Monday-Friday 8am-6pm. Overtime Pay.
