About the RoleWere looking for a strong Staff or Senior Accountant to join our team as we continue to grow.

This is not a typical bookkeeping role. You will work directly with clients, take ownership of key areas of their accounting, and help improve systems and processes as their businesses scale.

What Youll DoManage and maintain client financials (primarily in Xero)Perform month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reportingPrepare and review financial statementsClean up and improve messy books and accounting processesWork directly with clients to support their accounting needsAssist with implementing systems and improving efficiency (including tools like Ramp)Support accruals, adjusting entries, and proper period cutoffsHelp ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across client accountsWhat Were Looking For26 years of accounting experienceStrong understanding of accounting fundamentals (accruals, reconciliations, financial statements)Ability to think critically and solve problems, not just process transactionsComfortable working directly with clientsStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to take ownership and work with minimal supervisionNice to HaveExperience with Xero or similar systemsExperience working with small to mid-sized businessesInterest in improving processes, systems, or automationWhy This RoleDirect exposure to clients and real business decisionsOpportunity to take ownership and grow into a larger roleWork in a fast-growing environment with increasing responsibilityBe part of building and improving systems as the firm scales

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
