full-time Responsibilities Maintain job cost records and track project budgets vs. actuals Prepare progress billings (AIA

) and manage retainage Process AP/AR, including subcontractor invoices, lien waivers, and certificates of insurance Prepare WIP schedules and assist with percentage-of-completion revenue recognition Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close Assist with audits, sales/use tax, and other compliance filings Partner with project managers on cost reporting and change orders Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally in construction Understanding of job costing, WIP, and percentage-of-completion accounting Experience with construction accounting software (Sage 300 CRE, Viewpoint Vista, Foundation, or similar) Strong Excel skills Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with field and project teams
