Responsibilities Direct the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Reconcile general ledger accounts while maintaining compliance with U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies. Support technical accounting matters, including lease accounting, consolidations, and other complex accounting transactions. Oversee fixed assets, revenue recognition, inventory accounting, and related financial activities. Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts by preparing and reviewing reconciliations and supporting schedules. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, cost allocations, and operational alignment. Coordinate internal and external audits, providing required documentation and facilitating successful audit completion. Enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and controls. Mentor and develop accounting team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal control policies.
