What You'll Do:
Investigate & Problem Solve:
Trace transaction flows, look into inventory and balance sheet discrepancies, and identify root causes to help improve internal controls.
Core Accounting:
Assist with month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Process Improvement:
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data integrity, ERP workflow efficiency, and reporting accuracy.
Operational Analysis:
Build Excel models and reports to evaluate product movements, cost trends, and operational activity.
What We're Looking For:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
Experience:
2+ years of accounting or audit experience (Public Accounting alumni or corporate Staff Accountants looking for hands-on operational growth are encouraged to !).
Mindset:
A forensic, "detective" mindset—someone who naturally asks why, digs into discrepancies, and likes connecting the dots.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, modeling) and comfort learning ERP software.
Communication:
Clear, constructive communication skills and comfort collaborating with team members across different departments.
salary:
$65,000 - $75,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8:30 AM - 5
