Apply today and tell us why you would be a great fit for our team Duties Assist with financial analysis and documentation Prepare monthly and year end financial reports Handle accounts payable Oversee accounts receivable and collections Process payroll, payroll tax reports, and W-2's Manage HR functions, benefit packages, and health insurance requirements Ensure all licenses, permits, and regulatory reports are filed on time (vehicle, DNR, CAFO, sales tax, etc.) Comply with banking and tax accountant requirements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Review insurance policies and prepare all requested audits/for liability and workmans comp. Requirements Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles with a strong understanding of accounting concepts such as debits & credits, double entry bookkeeping, and journal entries Familiarity with financial software Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Agricultural or equipment industry experience a plus

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
