Accountant

  • Temporary, Contract Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with strong QuickBooks experience to provide temporary support during a system upgrade.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on maintaining day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring a smooth transition between systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and post journal entries with accuracy and timeliness Perform month-end close activities, including account reconciliations Manage and support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes Assist with data validation and cleanup during the system upgrade Ensure financial records remain accurate and up to date throughout the transition Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot discrepancies and maintain workflow continuity
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in a high-volume environment Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (required) Solid understanding of month-end close and reconciliation processes Experience with both AP and AR functions Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

$27.00
